I'm also grateful for what life has brought my way - including the struggles and challenges. Through changes and rebuilding, I gain lessons in impermanence. Through all this, meditation is a practice that grounds me in my body; connecting to feelings and sensations. Bringing clarity so I can live thoughtfully, gently, and curiously. I'm not an island. I connect - in a smile, a helpful hand, a passing remark. My work with children and families has taught me how to care, to be present to what's going on for the person in that moment. I like walking in nature, having conversations that are deep, watching waves, the sun go down, and children's sparkle. I've also traveled in other countries, and would love to meet a man who enjoys learning about different cultures. I'd love to meet a man for whom spiritual living is most important. Ready to work at a close friendship so we can share our inner lives and support each other through life experiences. Lots of laughter together would be great! |
